Geldings
Our geldings great little guys to have around. Yes they have their small comformation flaws, but that is why they are our loving geldings and not stallions. We strongly believe that 'Nice Stallions make Great Geldings'. Nitro is our biggest represenitive of that. He made an awsome stallion, produsing many great foals, but is now my youth show horse whom I love dearly. Our geldings would steal your heart if you'd let them. Nitro is our only show gelding, but that doesn't mean he is treated the same as our other pet. They all have a place in our hearts.

Nitro is our greatest horse, and we couldn't be more pleased! We truely love this funny guy. Nitro came to us as a stallion, but I bought him in the hope of a great show gelding... And on March 30, 2006, that is just what we got, as he was gelded! Nitro is a very quick learner and has great conformation. Nitro also came to us with a another name, JO JO. Now JO JO is a great name... but the problem was it was TOO great a name! My step father's name is Joe, our Goffen is Joey, and one of our cats is Jo Jo... So 'JO JO' couldn't stay. I had wanted to call him something that would end in 'O'... So Nitro just fit. I likes his new name and comes when called by it! Nitro is in training to do halter, jumping, obstacle, liberty and driving.
Thanks to Lori Rafter, and her amazing training, Nitro is now driving and will be showing this year in Country Pleasure classes! I am unbelievably pleased with this boy, with a great desire and love to show! He is such a sweetheart. Thank agian to Pamela Ruby from Ruby Hill Paradise for allowing us to purcash this awsome gelding, he's just what we were waiting for.

"Donovan" is sired by the stunning ASPC/AMHR SMHC's Freedom's Painted Worrior and out of Moss Grove Mini Brook Patches, a nice moving mare. Donovan's grand-sire on his father's side, SMHC's Painted Freedom, was 2006 National Grand CH. Get Of Sire and his grand-dam is "Michigan" bred. Although this colt himself is not registered ASPC, his sire is.
The possibilities for this young colt's future are endless. We hope to show this beautiful colt throughout Ontario and USA heavily on the AMHR and MHCO circut. He will be our herd sire and hopefully standing to approved outside mares in 2010. I also hope to achieve his AMHR HOF in halter and driving along with many other desired titles. Should be a lovely WCP driving horse, thanks to his level headed temperament. Loves youths and other horses.

Billy is Midnight's companion. The two were bought together 20 years ago. Billy came from Germany at the age of 2. He was all ready a gelding, we were told. Billy has sired two foals, Blue Ridge Pepsi and Blue Ridge Cola. Being 25 years old, Billy is built in the old fashion style, meaning he has the shorter legs and is built heavy. Billy is trained for halter, obstacle and knows how to sit. To the left, Billy is at the CNE in Toronto, August 20, 2005. He was being shown in Halter(Geldings— Division A) and he was good as gold! We were so proud, even though he didn't place(we didn't think he would). Billy is our farm's pet, and after the 2007 CNE show, Billy retired with Midnight.
